Contact Center Representative (Hybrid Schedule)

Summary:
The Contact Center Representative is tasked with delivering superior customer service responding to incoming sales calls from our customers.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers placing orders from our catalogs or looking for more information about our distinct beauty and fashion brands and products.
The CC Rep provides knowledgeable and accurate order placement in the system and maximizes sales through promotions and up-selling at the point of sale.
Position Details:
Earn $16 to $19 per hour on average, including bonuses, commissions and incentives Paid training and orientation Full time and Part-time shifts available, flexible hours between 11:
00 am and 8:
00 pm, Monday through Friday (no weekends!) Overtime required during busy weeks Opportunity to work a Hybrid/Partially Remote schedule once fully trainedContact Center Representative Required Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 or more years of customer service, exposure to a sales or customer service call center preferred A passion for fashion and beauty Excellent Communication skills and organizational skills Self-Motivated team player Attention to detail and good listening skills Must be dependable, punctual and a history of excellent attendance Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook and of database software A positive can do attitude and natural desire to help others Recommended Skills Active Listening Attention To Detail Call Centers Communication Coordinating Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
