Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:
Bachelor's degree OR relevant work experience5
years of commercial construction experienceProficient with general contract and general conditions, subcontractor documents, drawings and specifications, scopes of work, and project scheduleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, EH&S software, and other industry-related applicationsMust know how to schedule, budget, and balance multiple projects at a timeCurrent Construction Supervisors License and OSHA 10 certificationProcore Project Manager Certification is a plusOrganize, supervise and coordinate the project and onsite staff, in order to complete the work on schedule, within budget, and to the quality of workmanship specifiedSalary:
$110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
