These vital systems directly impact billing, reporting, and customer communications.
Primary duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Troubleshooting and problem solving of issues within the systems Identification of opportunities to enhance information exchange between platforms Maintains metrics, status boards, and associated reports as required Occasional travel as needed to provide local support and training The successful candidate will possess the following attributes and
Experience:
3 to 5 years verifiable technology experience in a transportation environment Expert computer and technical skills and the ability to learn internal software programs as required Professional communication and the ability to build relationships with external and internal customers Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines Experience with TMW, EDI, PeopleNet, automated workflow is a strong plus This position offers a competitive salary and benefit package including; paid vacation, health, dental, STD, LTD, life insurance and 401(k).
