Responsibilities include , but are not limited to:
Act as a patient liaison for all their dental needs, register new patients, collect and post co-payments, verify insurance coverage, schedule and confirm patient appointments, review and educate patients on treatment plans and financial responsibilities, and balance daily deposits.
Required
Qualifications:
At least one year of dental experience Courteous, reliable, punctual, polite with excellent customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations Experience with insurance eligibility and copays Excellent phone skills Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus Job Types:
