Summary:
The Contact Center Representative is tasked with delivering superior customer service responding to incoming sales calls from our customers.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers placing orders from our catalogs or looking for more information about our distinct beauty and fashion brands and products.
The CC Rep provides knowledgeable and accurate order placement in the system and maximizes sales through promotions and up-selling at the point of sale.
Position Details:
Earn $16 to $19 per hour on average, including bonuses, commissions and incentives Paid training and orientation Part-time shifts available, flexible hours between 11:
00 am and 8:
00 pm, Monday through Friday (no weekends!) Overtime required during busy weeks Opportunity to work a Hybrid/Partially Remote schedule once fully trained Contact Center Representative Required Skills:
