DescriptionManage the flow of materials to ensure 100% on-time delivery while minimizing the cost of purchasing and holding materials and will be overseeing the Purchasing and the Customer Service functions.
DUTIES:
Definition of stocking and purchasing policies.
Oversees Production Scheduling.
Direction for the purchasing, customer service, shipping and receiving personnel.
Driving continuous improvements to increase customer satisfaction and reduce inventory and other costs of purchasing and holding materials.
Analyze and approve ERP system recommendations for material requirements for vendors.
Expedite shipments as necessary for manufacturing requirements and assign appropriate responsibility for cost of same.
Evaluate causes behind expedited needs to determine if systemic changes are necessary.
Recommend or make changes as appropriate.
Must be available during off-hours to handle urgent requests.
Perform other duties as assigned or required relating to raw material purchasing and delivery.
Requirements 8
years' experience in Purchasing or Customer Service, Supply Chain or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or business related degree Strong problem-solving skills specifically identifying root cause and understanding impact to manufacturing process i.
e.
vendor short on raw materials impacts customers.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Possess a high level of competency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organization skills.
Good mathematical and analytical skills to resolve potential issues over inventory, premium freight, etc.
Ability to motivate personnel.
Some minimal travel may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
